What material options are available for chandeliers? What are their characteristics?
We offer various premium materials: Brass/Bronze (retro luxury, durable), Pure Copper (excellent conductivity, anti-oxidation), Stainless Steel (modern minimalist, easy maintenance), Crystal (dazzling, light refraction), Glass (transparent and dynamic, customizable colors), Premium Fabric (warm and soft, suitable for bedrooms), Silk (luxurious and elegant, soft lighting).
What is the size range for custom chandeliers? Do you support oversized dimensions?
Single light size range: diameter 30cm-300cm, height 20cm-500cm. Oversized custom orders (diameter over 3 meters) require on-site survey. We dispatch professional engineers for measurement and provide structural support solutions.
What are the waterproof and fire ratings of the chandeliers?
All products meet international certifications: Waterproof rating IP20-IP65 (customized based on usage environment), Fire rating UL94 V-0, complying with safety standards for hotels and clubs. Special outdoor customizations can reach IP68 waterproof rating.
Design & Customization
Do you provide free design services? What is the design timeline?
We offer free preliminary design services, including 3D renderings and basic plans. Complete design solutions are charged based on complexity (¥5,000-¥50,000). Preliminary design takes 3-5 working days, complete design takes 7-15 working days.
How can clients provide design requirements? Are there templates available?
Clients can provide requirements through online forms, email, or phone. We have detailed requirement collection forms covering style preferences, size requirements, budget range, installation environment, etc. We also accept reference images or design sketches from clients.
Can designs be modified? Is there a limit on the number of modifications?
Free modifications up to 3 times before contract signing. After production begins, major modifications may incur additional costs. Minor adjustments (such as bulb color, brightness) can be made on-site during installation.
Price & Payment
How are custom chandelier prices calculated? Is there a minimum order quantity?
Prices are calculated based on material costs, craftsmanship complexity, size, design difficulty, and other factors. Minimum order price for single lights is ¥8,000. Bulk orders (10+ units) enjoy a 15% discount. VIP clients with annual purchases over ¥1 million receive exclusive discounts.
What payment methods are available? Is a deposit required?
We accept bank transfers, Alipay, WeChat Pay, and credit card installments. Standard payment terms: 30% deposit, 60% before delivery, 10% after installation and acceptance. Orders over ¥500,000 can negotiate installment payments, up to 6 interest-free installments.
After-sales & Maintenance
What is the warranty period for chandeliers? What does the warranty cover??
Main structure warranty: 10 years, Electrical system warranty: 3 years, Bulb warranty: 1 year. Warranty covers material defects, craftsmanship issues, electrical failures. Human damage and natural disasters are not covered by warranty.
How to apply for after-sales service? What is the response time?
You can apply through hotline, online customer service on the official website, or email. Respond to urgent issues within 2 hours and provide solutions within 24 hours. Respond to routine issues within 24 hours and resolve them within 3 working days.

Step 1: Initial Consultation.
Clients contact us through website form, hotline, WhatsApp,or email. Professional consultants respond within 24 hours to understand basic project information.
Response time: Within 24 hours
Step 2: Requirement Confirmation.
Provide site floor plans, decoration style, budget range. Designers have in-depth communication with clients to clarify design direction and technical requirements.
Required materials: Site dimensions, style references, budget
Step 3: Design & Quotation.
Provide 3D renderings, technical specifications, and detailed quotation within 5 working days. Plans include 2-3 alternative designs for client selection.
Design period: 5-7 working days
Step 4: Contract Signing.
Both parties confirm final plan and sign formal contract. Contract specifies delivery time, quality standards, payment methods, and after-sales service terms.
Deposit ratio: 30%
Step 5: Production & QC.
Production cycle 15-30 days, complex customization up to 60 days. Strict quality inspection for each process, final products undergo 3-day aging test, photos archived for reference.
Production period: 15-60 days
Step 6: Delivery & Installation.
Professional logistics team provides insured transportation and on-site installation. Installation engineers hold electrician certificates, ensuring safety compliance. Client signs acceptance on-site.
Installation time: 1-3 days
Step 7: After-sales Follow-up.
Three follow-up visits at 7 days, 30 days, and 90 days after installation to collect usage feedback. Provide product maintenance manual and establish exclusive client files.
